The simple agreement for using Tradishion. Last updated: July 14, 2026.
Tradishion is a place to keep, share, and pass down your family’s recipes. By creating an account you agree to use it respectfully and lawfully, and you confirm you’re old enough to use it in your country (generally 13+, or older where local law requires).
The recipes, photos, stories, and recordings you add are yours. You keep ownership. By adding them you give Tradishion permission to store and display them to you and the families or community you choose to share them with. Please only upload content you have the right to share.
When you share a recipe with another family or your community, a copy is made that keeps its origin. Once shared, those families keep their copy even if you later change or remove yours.
Don’t upload anything illegal, harmful, hateful, or that isn’t yours to share. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms to keep Tradishion a warm place for families.
Premium features are optional. The heart of Tradishion is free. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automaticallyat the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings, and you’ll keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Prices, free trials, and what’s included are always shown before you purchase, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. If a price ever changes, you’ll be told before it affects you.
You can delete your account anytime in Account Settings, and your personal data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other families at risk, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Tradishion is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running, backed up, and safe (see our Privacy Policy), but like any internet service we can’t promise it will never have an outage or a bug, so please keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable, like original recipe cards. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to what you’ve paid us in the past 12 months. We may update these terms as the app grows; we’ll note meaningful changes in the app before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute we can’t resolve together will be handled by the courts of Manitoba. If you live somewhere whose consumer-protection laws give you additional rights, those rights still apply to you.
